Fabulous World agrees to deliver the order to a carrier within 2 working days from the day the payment is validated by the financial institution that manages the receipt of credit cards.

Upon delivery, in case of loss, Fabulous World undertakes to make a refund only after the carrier has officially declared loss of ordered products.

In order to secure all shipments, the products are sent in cartons in cartons by Colissimo or private carrier DPD with tracking number.

Colissimo: If the customer is not present during the delivery, the postman will leave a notice of passage inviting him to go and withdraw his order at the nearest post office.

DPD: The carrier plans via SMS an appointment with the customer to deliver his package.
